Our 2019 Petit Verdot is a powerhouse, fruit forward yet dry, with a fabulous structure and a wonderful finish. It holds intense dark fruit flavors such as black plum, black cherry and blueberry. Alongside these fruit flavors are notes of violet, lilac, and lavender. The wine is dense, tannic, and will pare well with hearty foods.

Our 2019 Cabernet Franc is a medium-bodied red with moderate tannins and a balance of flavors between like strawberry, herbs, and peppery earthiness. Cabernet Franc is refreshingly easy-to-drink thanks to its medium-to-high acidity, making it an ideal food pairing wine and a versatile partner to a wide variety of difficult-to-pair dishes, especially those prepared with fresh herbs.

Cabernet Sauvignon is well known for its firm tannins and full and rich taste, including such notes as blackcurrant, as well as woodsy flavors, like cedar and oak. Typically, Merlot is a dry, medium- to full-bodied wine with moderate acidity, moderate to high alcohol, and soft but present tannins. While Merlot flavor does vary depending upon where it’s grown climate-wise, you’ll usually get notes of ripe blue, black and red fruit.

But is not French Merlot. This is not California Merlot. This is quintessentially a Long Island Merlot of the highest quality. The grapes that made this wine were delicately hand harvested.
